Either install the libraries in the system loader path or add the private
library directory through /etc/ld.so.conf.d and run ldconfig from Debian
maintainer scripts. Do not package a kernel NPU driver without matching it to
the target BSP.
Runtime dependencies should include the board-compatible libc6 and
libstdc++6. The package must declare Architecture: arm64.
Before producing the final .deb, run both examples on the target board and
retain verification.json with deviceVerified: true.
